Refund
Policy
Prepayment is required for all training programs. If financing
arrangements have been granted by the training director, all future
payments must be in the form of credit card auto-pay or post-dated
check(s).
* A $25 service charge will be deducted from all refunds.
* All classes must be cancelled by phone or in writing. (Message left on
answering machine
must be confirmed received by our training staff to be accepted).
* Any free, additional or subsequent classes will only be confirmed with
a signed check or credit card for the full amount, with the payment
returned only if the client completes the program including all
classes involved.
Class
Cancellations
All clients are expected to attend each class that is
scheduled. If you need to cancel a
class please notify us in by phone at 303-752-2818 or by email at
train@denverdogworks.com
48 hours prior to your scheduled class (with the exception of unforeseen
emergencies) . If you do not contact us within 48 hours of your
scheduled class/appointment that session will be forfeited. We have this
policy because appointments are at a premium and we can not fill the
spot in less than 48 hours. If you are enrolled in a training program
and/or group class please verify program completion date with your
trainer (ie. our six week puppy class must be completed in 7 weeks).
Basic Obedience or Puppy Classes
* Basic Obedience or Puppy Classes cancelled no less than seven days
before the starting date will receive a full refund minus the $25
service charge.
* Basic Obedience or Puppy Classes cancelled between seven and two days
before the starting date will receive a 50% refund minus the $25 service
charge.
* Basic Obedience or Puppy Classes cancelled under two days before the
starting date or after the starting date will receive no discount but
may be offered another class at no additional charge if the reason for
cancellation is serious or unavoidable at the training directors
discretion.
Advanced Obedience or Private Classes
* Advanced Classes cancelled no less than one month before the starting
date will receive a full refund minus the $25 service charge.
* Advanced Classes cancelled between one month and seven days before the
starting date, will receive a 50% refund minus the $25 service charge.
* Advanced Classes cancelled under seven days before the starting date
or after the starting date will receive no refund but may be offered
another class at no additional charge if the reason for cancellation
is serious or unavoidable at the training directors discretion.
Note: Our policies are similar to those common to elective
educational programs, in that once a deadline has passed, a program has
begun and/or materials have been sent and/or received, there are no
refunds or transfers permitted, other than those specified above -
should the said student decide
not to continue with the program.
